Everyone is asked to READ and RESPOND to 2-3 books (along with watching the 4 Video Modules - 8 hours total) and look over a few handouts PRIOR to class attendance. Books are: Empty Arms (Ilse) and Companioning at a time of Perinatal Loss (Eustis and Jenkins). If not a birth-professionals, you must also read The Birth Partner (Simpkins). All can be purchased through our www.BabiesRemembered.org/SHOP
The reading response and video information will be emailed to you separately, via an invitation to a Dropbox file set up in your name shortly after we receive your workshop payment.
Doulas, birth professionals, perinatal loss caregivers, counselors, chaplains, funeral directors, other careproviders, and well-healed bereaved parents/family members are invited to participate.
**Annual membership fee ($50) is not included. Nor are any required books or booklets. The 2-3 books and the entire Certification Required Reading Library can be ordered at www.BabiesRemembered.org/SHOP
No refunds for any materials, manuals, or membership. You may apply your work to a different workshop, if this one is cancelled for some reason. And you may apply your workshop fee to another workshop in the future, if you must cancel this one.
You may also transfer your fees to someone else if you are unable to find and attend a different class within 12 months.
