This is all the paperwork you need for pre-training, post-training, and the additional steps needed to achieve certification. A roadmap for certification, reading response paperwork, and other supportive written documents are all included. No refunds available for the Certification Packet. We encourage you to do as much pre-work as possible to help make the most of the training. However, some of the reading/video watching may be done after this web class. Get started long before the class is offered to avoid a last minute pressured 'hustle.'
